If you are evaluating odrive for your business, you can contact sales@odrive.com about a Business Subscription. We will allow you to conduct a trial with your team for a much longer period of time.

Your trial will be automatically cancelled at the end of the period.

If you have not upgraded by the end of your trial period, then the Premium features will be turned off. You will still be able to use the numerous free odrive features!

You can get a full refund anytime up to 30 days after your purchase. No questions asked. (Non-business subscriptions only, and only if this is your first time purchasing Premium from odrive).

All you need to do is cancel before the end of the 30 day period. You can cancel directly from the subscription page. There is no refund after the 30 day period.

If you wish to switch to the new Premium subscription, we'll apply a prorated credit for any unused time from your existing plan towards the new subscription.


Don't worry about doing math! It will be automatically calculated for you at the time of purchase.

If you wish to remain with your old subscription plan, you can. We are not retiring the old subscriptions or mandating a move to the new plan. However, if you do upgrade to the new plan, you can not revert back to your old subscription or any other subscription.

No. If you have previously started a trial of any of the old subscriptions or for that matter, a previous trial of the new Premium bundle, you cannot get another free trial.

Alternatively, you can still buy the Premium upgrade, and cancel within 30 days for a full refund. So there is still an opportunity to try out Premium without any risk to make sure you are satisified with your purchase.

We charge your credit card at the beginning of the subscription period. We will email you a receipt confirming the charge.

We make use of two services to help make payment easy and safe: Stripe and Recurly. Stripe provides the payment functions; while Recurly provides the billing and subscription management functions. Both Stripe and Recurly are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the most stringent level of certification. odrive does not hold your credit card information; Stripe and Recurly do.

If you have a billing issue, please contact us at support@odrive.com to get your issue resolved before submitting a credit card dispute. Our support staff are ready to listen, and we are here to help. You can often get resolution of your issue faster through our support team than through a drawn out dispute process.

Finally, if you are buying for a business and need invoice billing or have other business billing concerns, you can contact sales@odrive.com to get help.

Effectively, downgrading is the same as canceling your Premium account before the start of your renewal period. You can cancel at any time directly from your subscription page.

Once you cancel, your account will continue with the upgraded features until the end of the paid term. After such time, the account reverts to the free version of odrive.

A fully self-service method of buying individual Premium licenses for a small group of individuals at once using one credit card is available. Go here to activate the feature and learn more about how to create an Org. An Org will allow you to invite up to 20 users with their email addresses and to pay for individual Premium upgrades for them using a single credit card.

The use of odrive Premium in a business setting requires a Business Subscription. A Business Subscription costs $20/month per user, with a 5 user license minimum. Learn more

While we do not support PayPal out-of-the-box as a payment source, you can configure your PayPal account to use PayPal Key. This will generate a virtual credit card number that is linked to your PayPal account, allowing you to make purchases with the card number anywhere that Mastercard is accepted.
