How do I cancel my trial?
Your trial will be automatically cancelled at the end of the period.
If you have not upgraded by the end of your trial period, then the Premium features will be turned off. You will still be able to use the numerous free odrive features!

You can get a full refund anytime up to 30 days after your purchase. No questions asked.

What if I have an old subscription plan?
If you wish to switch to the new Premium subscription, we'll apply a prorated credit for any unused
time from your existing plan towards the new subscription.

Can I get another free trial?
No. If you have previously started a trial of any of the old subscriptions or for that matter, a previous trial
of the new Premium bundle, you cannot get another free trial.

We charge your credit card at the beginning of the subscription period. We will email you a receipt
confirming the charge.
We make use of two services to help make payment easy and safe: Stripe and Recurly. Stripe provides the payment functions; while Recurly provides the billing and subscription management functions. Both Stripe and Recurly are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the most stringent level of certification. odrive does not hold your credit card information; Stripe and Recurly do.

How do I downgrade my account?
Effectively, downgrading is the same as canceling your Premium account before the start of your renewal period.
You can cancel at any time directly from your subscription page.
Once you cancel, your account will continue with the upgraded features until the end of the paid term. After such time, the account reverts to the free version of odrive.

How do I buy Premium for my team under one credit card?
To buy Premium for your group at once, go here to activate the feature.
You'll learn how you can create an Org and invite users with their email addresses. After inviting your team, you'll
be able to upgrade the Org and pay for all of your users at once (one credit card, one transaction). If you
